Polaris Healthcare - Job Title: Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Saratoga, Albany, Schenectady, Troy areas
Pay Rate: $50 – $150 per hour (based on experience, specialty, and assignment)
Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and flexible Registered Nurses to join our team on a per diem basis in the Rockland County area. This role is ideal for nurses looking to supplement your income, maintain work-life balance, or gain experience across a variety of healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
Perform patient assessments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
Adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient needs
Qualifications:
Active New York State RN license
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred but not required)
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
