Job description
Community Care Home Health Services is hiring Per Diem Registered Nurses for multiple locations across New York (Rochester, Buffalo, White Plains, NYC, Smithtown) on a fee-for-service schedule. Nurses provide comprehensive assessments and high-quality care with little supervision.
The ideal candidate is responsible, compassionate, and able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully, with strong computer and English skills. Per diem shifts vary by day and location.
