Job description
St. Peter's Health Partners Community Hospice in the Catskill Region is seeking a per diem RN for Homecare in Albany/Schenectady counties.
Work as part of our hospice home care team caring for patients and families, primarily during weekdays (Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm) with no weekend needs. The RN must hold a NY license, have an Associate's degree (BSN preferred) and at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in hospice/home care or acute care, plus a valid driver’s license and good communication
