Per Diem School Nurse (RN)
Per diem school nurse (RN) supporting Clark County schools in Las Vegas, Nevada. This 36-week contract offers up to $45 per hour and focuses on assessing and managing student health needs. The role collaborates with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to promote student well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments for students with health needs in Clark County schools.
Provide accurate interpretation and documentation of health assessments.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure student well-being.
Participate in multidisciplinary team evaluations and meetings as needed.
Maintain compliant, detailed records in accordance with district and state policies.
