Job description
Alliance Health at Baldwinville in Baldwinville, MA is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehab team. The role evaluates, screens and develops plans of care for residents requiring speech-language therapy, collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to meet physician orders and resident goals.
Responsibilities include counseling families, providing written materials, and delivering therapy per orders.
