Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to perform per diem home visits for adults and seniors in North Carolina. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients who wish to remain at home.
The role requires NC licensure as an SLP, experience with adults/geriatrics, and comfort using EMR systems. You will evaluate, plan, and document care, educating families to promote health and independence.
