Job description
Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Per Diem Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for weekday and weekend shifts. Evaluates and treats residents with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders in a subacute/long-term care setting, developing goals and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while adhering to CMS guidelines.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and patient education.
