Job description
Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing in New York is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a per diem role. The SLP will assess patients and provide direct care to determine rehabilitation potential under physician direction.
Responsibilities include establishing and administering a treatment plan, setting realistic goals, documenting patient status, educating patients and families, and collaborating with all disciplines to ensure patient-centered care.
