Seeking experienced pharmacists to join a growing community retail pharmacy team in the Wichita, KS area on a per diem basis. This role offers a manageable prescription volume with strong technician support, ideal for licensed pharmacists interested in flexible work opportunities.

Location:

Andover, KS (with travel support available for candidates located over 75 miles away)

Schedule: Coverage needed for specific shifts, including Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities: Accurately fill and dispense an average of 100-125 prescriptions per day

Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care

Utilize Rx30 pharmacy software to maintain accurate records and process prescriptions

Provide exceptional customer service and counsel patients on medication use

Qualifications: Active, clean Kansas pharmacist license with no disciplinary actions

Experience in retail pharmacy settings preferred

Proficiency with Rx30 or similar pharmacy management systems is a plus

Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Ability to manage workflow efficiently during scheduled shifts
