Job description
A retail pharmacy located in Columbia, MO is seeking a skilled staff pharmacist for a per diem position. This role requires a motivated pharmacist ready to provide exceptional patient care as the sole pharmacist on site, supported by a full team of full-time pharmacy technicians. Familiarity with Pioneer pharmacy software is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Provide thorough patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and safety
Accurately fill and dispense prescription medications in a timely manner
Perform final verification of prescriptions to ensure safety and compliance
Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements
Qualifications: Active and clear Missouri pharmacist license
Recent experience as a pharmacist is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Comfortable operating as the sole pharmacist on site, managing all pharmacy responsibilities independently
Proficiency or willingness to learn the Pioneer pharmacy software system
