Job description
A Long Term Care Pharmacy in Littleton, CO, is seeking two experienced pharmacists for a per diem position with a 4-week contract to start, with potential for extension. This role offers an opportunity to work in a specialized setting, supporting medication management tailored to long-term care patients.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Key Responsibilities: Perform final product verification (PV1 or PV2) PV1: Verify order entries completed by pharmacy technicians
PV2: Verify filled medications to ensure accuracy and safety
Collaborate with pharmacy team members to maintain high-quality medication distribution
Adhere to all applicable regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License required
Pharmacy experience in any setting is accepted; open to new graduates
Experience with Frameworks software preferred but not mandatory
This per diem role is ideal for pharmacists looking to apply their skills in a focused environment with day shift hours. The initial 4-week contract runs until the end of June, with an opportunity to extend based on performance and need.
