Job description
Santa Rosa Community Health is seeking a Per Diem Staff Physician at the Dutton Campus in Santa Rosa, CA. This role provides professional medical services within the Patient Centered Medical Home Team under the Medical Director's direction.
The position requires active California medical licensure, board eligibility or certification, and EMR experience (EPIC preferred). Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are preferred to serve a diverse patient population.
