State Tested Nursing AssistantJoin Our Team at Washington Square Nursing & RehabAs a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Our 83-bed skilled nursing facility in Warren, OH, is dedicated to providing high-quality care and friendly, warm, and compassionate service to our patients. If you share our commitment to excellence and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and serving patients as needed• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including their living areas and common spaces• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plansRequirements:• Have a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities and situationsAdditional Perks:• Offering full-time, part-time, or per diem status• Benefits package eligible for full-time status employees including medical, dental, vision, 401 k retirement, and optional life insurance• Shifts available include day time positions from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PMJoin Our Team:If you are a compassionate, caring, and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for our State Tested Nursing Assistant position.
