Job description
Ageless Women’s Health in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our Women’s Health and Hormone Therapy team in the Weber clinic. This on-site, per diem role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, and pays $57 hourly.
You’ll provide evidence-based care, manage hormone replacement therapy, weight management, IV therapy, and preventive wellness in a patient-centered outpatient setting.
