Job description

Stella Maris Home Health is seeking a Per Visit-Admissions RN to perform start of care visits for home hospice patients across Baltimore County/City. The role requires Home Hospice experience and involves per-visit scheduling with weekend premiums.

The position offers flexible scheduling (PRN/Flex/AS NEEDED) with per-visit compensation. Start of care visits carry different rates, and ongoing visits are reimbursed per visit, with additional rates for specialty visits.
