Job description
Stella Maris Home Health seeks an experienced RN for per-visit admissions in home hospice. The role covers Baltimore County/City, with a flexible Per Visit schedule and higher weekend rates.
Must have Home Hospice experience and provide comprehensive nursing care with strong communication and caregiver support. The position involves coordinating care with the RN Case Manager and Lead RN, performing skilled procedures, and ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations.
