Job description
VNA Care in Boston seeks Per Visit Physical Therapists for Home Health visits. Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience. Daily Visit Rate: $492.00, varies by number and type of visits. Work a mix of days/hours with visits scheduled 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.
You determine availability to work with a preceptor and educator; a 24-hour weekly training schedule is recommended. Travel within a territory is required.
