Requirements
What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other preventative maintenance
Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs
Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently
Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to Service Advisors
Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer service standards
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe service bay
Properly use and maintain tools and shop equipment
Work alongside Service Technicians and other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous automotive maintenance or service experience preferred, but not required
Basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to develop automotive service skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
