Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is seeking a Performance Engineer to help create the world’s finest ultra-luxury vehicles. Based at our Goodwood manufacturing facility, you will plan and conduct vehicle and component performance testing, analyze data, and turn findings into practical engineering improvements. Working closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams, you’ll validate systems against performance, reliability, and safety requirements and document clear recommendations.
