Job description
Tubi is hiring a Performance Partner to own end-to-end PIP processes and partner with HRBPs to develop talent programs and drive manager effectiveness. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of People, with a hybrid arrangement in SF/NYC/LA/Toronto.
