Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform high-quality obstetric and perinatal ultrasound exams, including first-trimester, anatomy, growth, and high-risk studies. You will work closely with MFM physicians, OB providers, and nurses to support accurate diagnoses, timely interventions, and excellent outcomes for pregnant patients and their families. Responsibilities include patient education, thorough documentation in the EMR, equipment care, adherence to safety and infection-control standards, and participation in quality and learning initiatives within our innovative, community-focused health system.
