Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused maternal-fetal care team. In this role, you will perform high-quality perinatal and obstetric ultrasound exams, assessing fetal growth, anatomy, and maternal structures to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. You’ll work closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, OB/GYNs, and nurses, explaining procedures and providing compassionate care to diverse patients. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining advanced ultrasound equipment, adhering to safety and infection control standards, documenting detailed findings, and participating in ongoing education and quality improvement.
