Job description
WellStar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative maternal-fetal medicine team serving communities across Georgia. In this role, you will perform detailed perinatal and high-risk obstetric ultrasounds, capturing and analyzing fetal and maternal images to support accurate diagnoses and care plans. You will work closely with maternal-fetal medicine physicians, nurses, and OB providers, explaining procedures and providing compassionate support to patients and families. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, following safety and regulatory standards, documenting in the EMR, and participating in ongoing education and quality improvement in a patient-focused, learning-oriented environment.
