Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our compassionate maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform high-quality perinatal and high-risk obstetric ultrasound exams, capturing accurate fetal and maternal images for physician interpretation. You will work closely with perinatologists, OB providers, nurses, and genetic counselors to support complex pregnancies, communicate findings, and provide calm, empathetic care to patients and families. Responsibilities include equipment operation, exam documentation in the EHR, adherence to safety and quality standards, and participation in ongoing education within our collaborative, patient-centered system.
