Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform high-quality perinatal and obstetric ultrasound exams, including detailed fetal anatomy, growth, biophysical profiles, and Doppler studies. You will optimize imaging, document accurate measurements, and communicate significant findings to maternal-fetal medicine specialists and OB providers. The sonographer ensures patient comfort and safety, follows infection prevention and regulatory standards, maintains ultrasound equipment, and participates in ongoing education and quality initiatives within our not-for-profit, community-focused health system.
