Job description
WellStar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused team. In this role, you will perform high-quality perinatal and obstetric ultrasounds, supporting maternal-fetal medicine providers in delivering safe, evidence-based care to pregnant patients. You will obtain patient histories, explain procedures, optimize imaging protocols, and promptly communicate urgent findings. Working across disciplines, you’ll use advanced equipment, follow strict safety and infection-control standards, and participate in ongoing education, quality initiatives, and process improvements throughout our integrated health system.
