Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to provide advanced obstetric and fetal ultrasound imaging in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. In this role, you will perform high-quality perinatal and high-risk OB ultrasounds, optimize images, and support maternal-fetal medicine specialists in accurate diagnosis and care planning. You will explain procedures, ensure patient comfort, and document studies in the EMR. The position requires strong knowledge of perinatal anatomy, Doppler and fetal assessment techniques, adherence to safety and infection control standards, and commitment to continuous learning within a large, innovative health system.
