Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform detailed perinatal and OB ultrasound exams, producing high-quality images to support accurate diagnoses and care planning for high-risk pregnancies. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians, explaining procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a compassionate, inclusive environment. Responsibilities include documenting findings in the EMR, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety and infection-prevention standards, and engaging in ongoing education to support continuous learning and career growth across our system.
