Job description
WellStar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform detailed perinatal and obstetric ultrasound exams, including high-risk pregnancies, using advanced imaging technology. You’ll work closely with maternal-fetal medicine physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support accurate diagnoses and care planning. Responsibilities include ensuring patient comfort, explaining procedures, documenting results in the EMR, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and infection-prevention standards.
