Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform high-quality perinatal and obstetric ultrasound exams, including high-risk pregnancies, following established protocols and ALARA principles. You’ll work closely with maternal-fetal medicine physicians, nurses, and OB providers to support accurate diagnosis and care planning. Responsibilities include preparing patients, explaining procedures, acquiring and optimizing images, documenting findings in the EHR, and maintaining ultrasound equipment.
