Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform advanced perinatal and high-risk obstetric ultrasounds, including detailed fetal anatomy, growth, Doppler, and biophysical profiles. You will work closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, and nurses to support complex diagnostic decisions and patient counseling. The sonographer ensures accurate imaging, meticulous documentation, and adherence to safety and ALARA standards while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll participate in quality improvement, ongoing education, and benefit from Wellstar’s strong clinical resources and career mobility across a leading not-for-profit health system.
