Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused maternal-fetal medicine team. In this role, you will perform high-quality obstetric and perinatal ultrasound examinations, including high-risk pregnancies, following established protocols. You will work closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, OB providers, and nurses to support accurate diagnoses and coordinated care. Responsibilities include explaining procedures, optimizing equipment, documenting and archiving images in the EHR/PACS, recognizing urgent findings, and maintaining safety and infection-control standards.
