Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused team supporting high-risk obstetric and maternal-fetal medicine services. In this role, you will perform comprehensive perinatal ultrasound exams, including detailed fetal anatomy, growth, Doppler, and nuchal translucency studies, using advanced imaging technology. You will work closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, and nurses to support accurate diagnosis and timely care decisions. Responsibilities include optimizing image quality, documenting findings in the EMR, educating and comforting patients, and upholding safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards.
