Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to provide advanced ultrasound imaging for high-risk obstetric and maternal-fetal patients. In this role, you will perform detailed fetal anatomy, growth, and Doppler studies, ensuring accurate image acquisition and thorough documentation in PACS/EMR. You will collaborate closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists, OB/GYNs, and nurses, supporting timely clinical decisions. The position requires excellent patient communication and compassion, strict adherence to safety and infection-control standards, and active participation in quality improvement and ongoing education within a collaborative, mission-driven health system.
