Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to join our collaborative maternal-fetal care team in Marietta, GA. This role performs high-quality obstetric and perinatal ultrasounds, including detailed fetal anatomy, growth, and biophysical assessments. The sonographer ensures patient safety and comfort, explains procedures, and promptly communicates significant findings to maternal-fetal medicine physicians. Responsibilities include accurate image acquisition, measurements, and documentation in PACS, equipment care, and adherence to safety and infection prevention standards.
