Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Perinatal Sonographer to provide advanced obstetric and fetal imaging for high-risk pregnancies in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This role performs detailed perinatal ultrasounds, applies current scanning protocols, and partners closely with maternal-fetal medicine physicians and OB teams to support accurate diagnosis and care planning. The sonographer ensures precise documentation, maintains ultrasound equipment, upholds safety and infection-control standards, and offers compassionate, culturally sensitive support to patients and families while engaging in continuous learning and quality improvement.
