Hiring: This is a full-time or part-time position with a target start date of Summer 2026
This periodontal boutique is a fully fee-for-service periodontal and implant microsurgery practice that serves the greater Washington, DC area. This practice is built on a concierge model of care, combining advanced clinical excellence with a highly personalized patient experience.
Led by a board certified periodontist, their focus is on delivering the highest level of precision- based treatment using microsurgical techniques and the latest technology. The practice emphasizes minimally invasive procedures, optimal esthetic outcomes, and a comprehensive approach to periodontal and implant therapy.

You will be supported by a highly trained, clinical and administrative team. Applying candidates must have a growth-oriented mindset and be prepared for increasing surgical volume and steady new patient flow.
Clinical Scope Includes
Periodontal plastic and soft tissue grafting procedures
Advanced implant placement and site development
Bone regeneration and guided tissue regeneration
Full mouth rehabilitation support and interdisciplinary care
Microsurgical techniques utilizing high magnification
Sedation supported surgical care
