Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a Periop Preference Card Manager to lead the build, maintenance, and optimization of perioperative preference cards supporting safe, efficient OR care. In this on-site role, you’ll collaborate with surgeons, nursing, anesthesia, and materials management to ensure accurate supplies, standardized workflows, and cost-effective utilization. Responsibilities include analyzing utilization data, reducing variability and waste, supporting EMR/OR system updates, training staff on new processes, and driving continuous quality improvement in a compassionate, team-focused environment.
