Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a Periop Preference Card Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of surgical preference cards. In this on-site role, you will collaborate with surgeons, perioperative nursing, anesthesia, and materials management to ensure accurate supplies, instrumentation, and documentation for each procedure. Responsibilities include standardizing cards, analyzing utilization data, reducing waste and cost, supporting EMR/OR system updates, and driving workflow improvements. You’ll work in a supportive, community-focused environment that values quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
