Job description
Bryan Health is seeking a Surgical Tech leader to serve as a clinical expert in the operating rooms, guiding orientation, competency assessments and ongoing education for perioperative staff. You will uphold policies, ensure safety, and model evidence-based practice in daily operations.
The role includes night-shift presence to support new staff, collaboration with leadership on staffing and unit changes, and coaching to improve performance and patient care outcomes.
