Job description
St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT, invites new graduate and experienced nurses to join its 12-month OR Transition to Practice Program, starting February 22, 2027.
The program blends multimodal learning with hands-on perioperative training, including scrub and circulating nurse roles across numerous surgical specialties. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm during orientation, with opportunities for evening, night, and weekend shifts in later weeks.
