Job description
Novant Health seeks an Operating Room Registered Nurse to deliver safe, patient-centered perioperative care in a collaborative surgical environment. The OR RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases, circulating and/or scrubbing for diverse procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining sterile technique, supporting patient and family education, coordinating with surgeons and anesthesia, and promoting quality, safety, and efficiency.
