Job description
Houston Methodist is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to provide professional nursing care across diverse patient populations. The RN II conducts assessments, assists with examinations and treatments, educates patients, and maintains medical records.
This role collaborates with physicians and the interprofessional health care team, demonstrates leadership as charge nurse or preceptor, and participates in unit governance initiatives.
