Job description
Banner Surgery Center – Peoria is a full-time nursing position managed by Atlas Healthcare Partners. The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
This role requires an Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, a current RN license, BLS and ACLS. PALS within 90 days if pediatrics, and a minimum of one year OR experience. Up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered.
