Job description

Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY, is seeking an experienced RN to join its OR team. The role focuses on perioperative nursing in an OR Suite, with emphasis on patient safety and high-quality care.

You will perform preop assessments, assist anesthesia care, and coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and support staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

NY RN license required; BSN preferred; minimum two years' PACU/preop experience; BLS/ACLS; strong communication and computer skills.
