Job description
DCH Health System seeks a Director Perioperative Services to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across surgical services, including OR, PACU, Pre-Admission Testing, and Sterile Processing at the Tuscaloosa campuses.
You will develop departmental plans, manage budgets, drive performance improvement, and partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing leadership to deliver safe, high‑quality care while ensuring regulatory compliance and staff development.
