Job description
MU Health Care seeks an Executive Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across a large perioperative platform, including 58 operating rooms and 35,000+ annual cases. Reporting to the COO, you will guide growth, optimize capacity, and modernize operations across multiple campuses.
The role requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years of leadership experience, with emphasis on physician alignment, capital planning, and large-scale healthcare operations.
