Job description
Integrity Alliance Solutions in Fredericksburg, VA, seeks a Manager of Surgical Services (RN) to provide 24-hour leadership and operational oversight of the Operating Room and CSR/CSPD. The role drives safe perioperative care, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance.
