Job description
Carvana in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Specialist, Perks + Wellbeing to own our perks and wellbeing programs, coordinating vendors and team education. You’ll plan events like Benefits + Perks Fairs and wellness activities, and partner with Payroll, HRIS, and other teams to deliver an amazing employee experience.
You are a creative educator, strong facilitator, and data-driven thinker who builds engaging communications and drives participation across Team Carvana.
