Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (BC within 2 years) Michigan License (or willing to obtain) DEA (or willing to obtain) BLS & ACLS (or willing to obtain) NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) required at presentation Specify Full-time or Part-time interest
